Privacy policy
Who we are
This website, sbsuniverse.com, is operated by SBS ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the website collects and how it is used. It covers this website only; SBS products such as FLOW have their own terms with each customer.
Information you give us
If you use our contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, area of interest and message. We use these details only to reply to you and to follow up on your request.
Contact form submissions are delivered through a third-party form service chosen by SBS, which processes the message on our behalf.
Information collected automatically
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. To display the site, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and a 3D graphics library from cdnjs (Cloudflare). These providers receive your IP address and basic browser information as part of normal web requests, under their own privacy policies. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our conversation with you, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you sent us. Use the form on our Contact page and tell us what you would like us to do.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
